The collector is mainly composed of parabolic reflector, vacuum tube, main steel structure, driving component and electrical component. Its main principle is to focus the reflection of parallel sunlight (energy) on the vacuum tube located at the focal line of the collector, and heat the HTF flowing through the tube. After the HTF takes away the focused energy, it can transmit to the back-end heat exchanger, and the heat energy can be output through heat transfer;
The effective reflect aperture of single collector is 20m2, the size of the reflect mirror is 7930×2550 mm, and the size of the vacuum tube is , the total weight of the collector is 550 kg.
The output temperature range of the collector is 100~200 degree, it is mainly used in the supply of heat energy within the industrial scope, including biopharmaceutical, textile, chemical (rubber chemical), mechanical processing (plastic molding) and other industries.
